Postage

To keep things simple all prices include VAT and UK shipping.

The price you see is the price you will pay – no hidden charges added on at the checkout!

All products we sell are made to order, so there is a manufacture period, unlike ‘off the shelf’ products. This varies depending on the product you are ordering, but usually takes between 1 – 3 working days from artwork confirmation, although sometimes can take 3 – 5 days for larger items.

Medium and large size items are sent via courier so once dispatched should arrive within 1 – 2 more days.

In short, please expect delivery within around 1 week from payment and artwork confirmation, but allow two weeks before contacting us (unless we contact you to say otherwise).

We ask that you allow up to two weeks for us to manufacture your bespoke item and get it to you. If it has been more than two weeks (10 working days) since artwork approval then please get in touch and we will track your item.

If your item arrives and is damaged by the courier then please ask the delivery driver for the specific courier companies policy. Usually you will have to sign for the item as being damaged then contact us. In this case we will manufacture and dispatch a brand new item while we arrange collection of the damaged goods. If you are unsure, please contact us immediately.

Ordering

Yes, all prices shown are inclusive of VAT and shipping though so you won’t have a shock at checkout! The amount of VAT that was included in this price will be itemised on your invoice (and on the checkout page before paying).

We have several payment methods available including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and more.

We take security seriously – all transactions are processed securely over an SSL encrypted connection so you can have peace of mind ordering with us online. We use Stripe and PayPal’s official gateways to ensure you are protected.

It’s possible that the payment went through ok, but the email confirmation went through to your junk folder.

If you closed the browser window before the payment confirmation page loaded fully then it might be that the payment was successful but the window was closed before our system was notified of the success. Please contact us and we can check the terminal records to confirm and mark the order as paid.

If you are still unsure, please contact us to investigate.

Complaints

Due to the nature of the products we sell it can sometimes take longer than expected to manufacture your order, especially as busy periods such as Christmas. Please be patient, if there is a delay we will notify you. If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks and you haven’t heard anything from us then please contact us.

Affiliates

Yes, we offer an affiliate scheme where you can sell prints and earn a commission. Please visit the affiliate area to register.

To keep things simple we give each affiliate a unique discount code to share with their customers with a value between 10 – 20%, depending on the affiliates application.

When the customer enters the code at checkout the discount will be applied and the affiliate will earn 10% of the sale value in commission.

For example if an affiliates discount code (10%) is used on a £100 order the order would be reduced to £90 and the affiliate earns £9 commission.

How much you earn simply depends on how much effort you put in to promoting sales!

Some affiliates may wish to place an order directly with us rather than directing your clients to our website (for example if you are a photographer selling prints on your own website, or a shop selling items in store).

In these cases we would be more than happy to permit this, with prior written approval from us.

This is permitted, but only if you have requested approval from us first. This is because the affiliate would be getting the discounted price and earning commission on the sale, so is only allowed on a case by case basis.

Yes! If you are an approved affiliate and have requested permission then please add a note on your order to let us know and we will send the product directly to your customer.
